The Astana Prosecutor's Office has determined that since 2022, the developer has failed to fulfill contractual obligations regarding the construction of a multi-apartment residential building and the transfer of 15 apartments intended for large families to the authorized body.
According to the prosecutor's oversight act, currently, ten apartments have been transferred to the balance of the authorized state body for the purpose of conducting a competition and subsequently providing them to large families. Five apartments are in the process of being transferred.
The responsible official has been held accountable and subjected to disciplinary action.
